October 22, 2009: Rachel Jenks, a Ripon College senior, and Courtney Hollander, a Ripon College junior, have joined Sorenson Law Office as legal interns. Rachel is majoring in History and Business Administration and is considering pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Affairs or Higher Education Administration. Courtney is currently majoring in Communications and is also studying law and business in preparation for going to law school. Both students add a unique and valued dimension to the office. |

July 30, 2009: Sorenson Law Office recently unveiled their new website specifically tailored to serve their current and prospective clients. The new website is designed to provide information about the attorneys and their respective areas of practice. Recent news updates, testimonials, feedback options, and other relevant links provide additional and up-to-date information. As part of their expansion into cyber-space, Sorenson Law Office has also created Facebook and Twitter pages aimed at keeping clients informed about the office and legal updates. |
Sorenson law office hires new attorney |
June 1, 2009: Thomas W. Moniz, a Ripon native, recently joined Sorenson Law Office as their newest attorney. Attorney Moniz graduated from Marquette Law School in May and is excited to be back in his home town practicing law. Attorney Moniz joins Attorney Steven R. Sorenson, Attorney Emily E. Dinegan, and Attorney Jenna E. Walker. |

| July 14, 2010: VICTORY AT THE WISCONSIN SUPREME COURT: On February 11, 2010, Attorneys Sorenson and Dinegan appeared before the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the case of Robert D. Konneker v. Robert S. Romano. With the Court's decision, Sorenson Law Office was successful in overturning the decision of the Court of Appeals. Attorney Sorenson successfully argued that a non-riparian landowner's lake access rights could include the right to install a pier. For an analysis of the case by the State Bar, click here.
